OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Heavy Yellow is growing fast and we’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and professional Outside Sales Representativeto join our team. This position focuses on building relationships with contractors, construction companies, equipment rental yards, demolition companies, crane operators, and other businesses that require heavy hauling services.
If you're motivated by closing deals, meeting new people, and growing a strong book of business — this is the role for you.

 
Location: South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach)
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: Commission-Based Sales + Performance Bonus
 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients in the construction, heavy equipment, and logistics industries
  • Visit job sites, offices, and project locations to present Heavy Yellow services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and equipment companies
  • Prepare sales quotes, rate sheets, and service proposals
  • Communicate customer needs clearly with dispatch and operations
  • Follow up on leads, track sales activity, and close new accounts
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Heavy Yellow brand professionally
 

📣 Requirements

  • Previous experience in outside sales (transportation, logistics, construction, or equipment industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Comfortable visiting job sites and meeting clients in the field
 

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)

  • Industry experience in transportation logistics, construction, or heavy equipment
  • Existing contacts in the construction or contracting industry
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus

CDL DRIVER – HEAVY HAULING EQUIPMENT TRANSPORTATION

Heavy Yellow is expanding our transportation team and we’re looking for a skilled and reliable CDL Driver with experience hauling heavy construction equipment, oversized loads, and machinery on lowboys, Landolls, and RGN trailers. If you’re a professional driver who takes pride in safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries — we want you on our team.

Position: CDL Driver – Heavy Haul / Equipment Transport

Location: South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience (weekly pay)
 

📣 Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Experience with heavy haul / equipment transport (preferred)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to operate and maneuver heavy-haul trailers
  • Ability to chain, bind, and secure loads properly
  • Strong communication & time-management skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused
